Rishi Konda Beach
Glittering sea and golden sands with the warm sunshine, well-preserved Rishi Konda beach is 8 km drive from Visakhapatnam. It’s Ideal for water sports and Perfect destination for fun lovers, adventure, romantic holiday etc.
   
Kailasagiri Hill
Kailasagiri hill is a charming hillock overseeing the whole of Vizag city in a bird’s eye view on the one side and the Bay of Bengal on the other side. It’s an outstanding tourist spot with enchanting and breath taking panoramic sea view. The hill park has exciting & beautiful landscape garden with spellbinding flora and tropical trees. It’s a must in traveler’s itinerary.
   
Dolphin Nose
As name suggest this rocky promontory is like dolphin’s nose out into the sea. The huge hillock is 174 m in height and 358 m above the sea level. On its headland is lighthouse. It has a beam that can be seen 64 km out at sea by the sailors and fishermen.
   
Hindustan Shipping Yard /Fishing Harbour
Hindustan Shipyard, nation’s biggest shipping yard situated at Gandhigram 6.4km from Visakhapatnam. Cargo vessels, naval ships and passenger ships, all are built here. Visit to shipping yard is not only educative but also amazing to look at.

Vizag has one of the biggest and busiest Fishing Harbours, where you can witness the activity of fishing boats and fishing trawlers move in and out of the Vizag sea waters bringing in their fresh catch of fish, prawns, crabs, eel, squid etc.
   
Bheemili old Dutch Settlement
Bheemunipatnam popularly known as 'Bheemili', located at a distance of 24 Kilometers Northeast of Visakhapatnam. The beautiful beach of Bheemili is considered to be one of the safest for swimmers. Its tranquil serene beauty, lush greenery leaves an ever-lasting impression in your minds. On the hilltop is located the temple of Lord Narasimha. You can see the Dutch influence in Bheemili. The Dutch influence can be seen in architectural style and elegance of the houses built there.
   
Araku Valley
It’s a beautiful and cool valley with resplendent greenery all around and waterfalls. Cascading water falls and streams hold one spellbound and give the effect of music. This is the perfect place for nature lovers who enjoy every bit of nature. It’s a treat to your eyes. Araku Valley is situated 112 km from Visakhapatnam. Have an exhilarating experience of beautiful greenery; lush orchards, rich landscapes and pleasant climate make Araku Valley a delightful and memorable place. A trip to Araku in Train which goes through several long tunnels is adventurous. Similiguda a station near Araku is the highest point where Indian Railways have gone on broad gauge.
   
Borra Caves
Borra Caves are about one million-year-old natural caves spread over Eastern Ghats. Theses caves will spellbound and bewitch your mind with their beautiful and natural formation of limestone stalactites and stalagmites, occupying an area of 2 square kilometers. It is situated 80 km from Visakhapatnam enroute Araku Valley.
   
Simhachalam, Ancient Temple of Lord Varaha Narasimha
Simhachalam is a major Hindu pilgrim center located 16 km from Visakhapatnam. The deity is Lord Varaha Narasimha (an incarnation of Lord Vishnu) and the temple is located on a hilltop. The Temple is an architectural splendour of 11th Century. The Temple was built by the South Indian King, Sri Krishna Devaraya.
